CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes, you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. •48-Hour Notice: We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will require a 50% service charge of what your total would’ve been. Failure to send 50% will result in blocking & you will not longer be able to schedule future appointments with me (unless we come to an agreement). If there is an emergency or you are sick, please communicate with me. Thank you.
