We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes, you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. •48-Hour Notice: We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will require a 50% service charge of what your total would’ve been. Failure to send 50% will result in blocking & you will not longer be able to schedule future appointments with me (unless we come to an agreement).
